Your pregnancy is all in your belly. And your hips. And your ankles. With just enough left over to fill an emotional basket case.
Luckily, Women of the World Fitness Program works on the whole pregnant you. Developed by a former Nike master trainer, an ob-gyn (and mom of four), and motivational speaker, the training regimen addresses complete (physical and emotional) prenatal fitness.
Each class begins with an hour of low-impact, low-intensity dance choreography (think belly dancing meets hip-hop meets aerobics), with added elements of yoga and body sculpting. The final 30 minutes are devoted to consultations on nutrition, emotional issues, and relaxation.
Making it as well-rounded as you are.
