Ballard Urban Picnic (BURP)
What: Mobile eateries converge for a gourmet food fest with a movie screening (the Oscar-winning Up) at dusk.

When: Sat. Picnic, noon-9 p.m.; screening, dusk (around 8 p.m.).

Kentucky Derby Party
What: Sip on Tavern Law mint juleps and watch the race on a 50-inch flat screen.
