Designed by Renzo Piano in honor of famed film producer Ray Stark, the restaurant serves chef Kris Morningstar’s farm-to-table, Mediterranean-inspired menu. Next door at Stark Bar, head barsmith Michel Dozois and team’s artisanal cocktails are masterpieces in their own right.
