Five classic flavors — original, blueberry, double chocolate, banana-walnut, and pumpkin-spice — use unprocessed ingredients such as unenriched whole wheat flour and grains from South San Francisco’s Giusto’s Vita-Grain and chocolate chips from Guittard in Burlingame.

Get a morning bump by mixing in milk, an egg, and a little butter, then cook in a stovetop skillet over medium heat. Voila: You’ve got a hearty, healthy breakfast.

You might get a sugar high, but at least there’s no sweet love hangover.
