Right on time for your Labor Day cookout, add 4505 Meats’s new monthly CSA-style meat coolers, which feature ready-to-grill artisan beef and pork for eight to ten people, to the list of approved items.
Order four-plus pounds of ancho-rubbed Magruder Ranch grass-fed beef or brined Hudson Ranch heritage pork (available in various cuts) from meat guru Ryan Farr, and he’ll throw in four hot dogs, three beer sausages, three cheddar bratwursts, and a few bags of his signature chiccarones, for good measure. Recipe cards are included on a convenient key ring, too.
The offerings will change seasonally (so expect, say, duck-and-cherry sausages around the holidays), and customers who reuse their coolers will get a discount with new orders. Sounds pretty cool to us.
