What: Tasty sandwiches and soups at the recently launched chain transcend brick-and-mortar with a fleet of school buses.

SF Cocktail Week
What: Toast the city’s top slingers at a multitude of events, from the Cocktail Melee at the Cigar Bar & Grill to seminars on gin and single-malt whiskey.
Why: Don’t miss the Manhattan sno-cones, saltwater taffy old-fashioneds, and midway games at Saturday night’s Altered State Fair.

Tour de Fat
What: Hop on your two-wheeled steed and pedal down to the park for New Belgium Brewing’s annual celebration of brews and bikes.
Why: A bike parade, storytelling from The Moth, and music by Los Amigos Invisibles.

Where: Lindley Meadow, Golden Gate Park, Fulton St., at 25th Ave.
Penguins & Pajamas Sleepover
What: Get up close and personal with the animals at a slumber party for grown-ups.
Why: Check out all three planetarium shows in one night, sip cocktails, and bed down next to Claude, the albino alligator. Wake up to breakfast.
