If what Hollywood says about the future is true, we’re going to spend our days speeding around in hovercrafts or scouring the desert for electronic parts and potable water.
Either way, there will be way less time for working out.
Set the tone now at Iobella, a new body-shaping spa that aims to make flab a thing of the past.
Imported from Argentina (who wastes the day doing old-fashioned crunches? No nos!) and conceptualized in Switzerland, the basic system has two parts: a series of personalized exercises done inside temperature-controlled pods set to a steamy 98 degrees (to accelerate muscle tone and the detox process) and a restorative triple-oxygen treatment in a “personal spa cabin” that hydrates skin and eases tension.
Logic (and the front desk) tells us the more you go, the better you look and feel, but three times a week is recommended.
It’s the shape of things to come.
