What: Salt House kicks off a new series of monthly winemaker dinners — three courses and four wines from notable California producers for a mere $49. First up is Josh Jensen of Hollister’s Calera Wine Company.

Circle the demo table with a glass of pinot noir or sparkling brut; cuts and an accompanying recipe from Farr and chef Jason Rose will be auctioned off.
