What: Former Rubicon chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski make their heralded return with a dim sum-style take on farm fresh (menu items are brought to your table via cart).
Why: Inventive bites include sourdough kraut, ricotta, and pecorino pancakes; carnitas-stuffed squid; and their namesake fried quail (above).

Juhu Beach Club Pop-Up
What: Top Chef alum Preeti Mistry takes her Indian street food to dinner with an appearance every other week, three seatings, and four courses for $35.
Why: Dishes like dahi puri, vada chaat, and mung ne dal, inspired by Mistry’s travels to Mumbai. Translation: yum.

What: The Farmers Market gets even more delicious with Belinda Leong’s resolution-squashing-worthy pastries, appearing boothside.

French Dog at Cafe des Amis
What: New chef Mark Sullivan (Spruce) injects mystery into the French mainstay with an off-the-menu dish available at the bar.
Why: Lightly smoked boudin blanc sausage on a toasted brioche bun with fresh sauerkraut, braised bacon, racelette cheese, and Dijon.

Bill Graham’s 81st Birthday Bash
What: Take in some musical appreciation to celebrate rock’s most avid promoter, with live sets from Hot Tuna, David Bromberg, and DJ Harry Duncan.
Why: Score a signed guitar by Santana or signed 30th anniversary Metallica posters at the silent auction. Proceeds benefit the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation.
