Extreme Makeover: Nightlife Edition
Ty enters Harry Denton’s Starlight Room.

As you can see, the entire place got a face-lift. The extended bar makes booze access easy. Red is still the color of choice, but new gold walls, Venetian-inspired damask accents, and an illuminated dance floor take this one over the top.
He throws himself into a tufted, high-backed booth.
Now this is the spot. But it’s not complete without a cocktail. Bartender!
Bar manager Joel Teitelbaum (of Zero Zero fame) hands Ty a Jalisco Cobbler.
Ty: Dude! Aged tequila, muddled strawberries, and black pepper — all I can say is wow!
Joel: That’s from the Prohibition part of our menu, which spans the entire history of the cocktail, with options for drinkophiles and newbies alike.
