Indian Cooking Classes

you cooked it yourself!

You’re so boring you’ve succumbed to watching soap operas.

Spice things up with chef Subhash Sarpal’s North Indian cooking classes at Palace at the Ben.

The course consists of four one-hour sessions. In the first, learn to mix prepped ingredients and cook basics like tandoori chicken and pakoras. The second covers the master gravy (curry). The following lesson is all about mixing curry spice from whatever’s hanging out in your pantry. And in the final class, you’ll concoct dry dishes without any creams or sauces.

Space is limited, so sign up before the classes are full.

Remember, you only get one life to live.

Classes start Monday, 7 p.m., at Palace at the Ben, 834 Chestnut Street (267-232-5600 or thepalaceattheben.com). R.S.V.P. to ryan@palaceattheben.com or call Ryan Henry at the restaurant.
