The New York-based indie-pop band stole our hearts way back when it played the occasional L stop.
But soon you’ll need more than a Metro card to see them, because the quintet is about to set off on tour for its sophomore album, Diluvia (out October 9), with stops at Austin’s ACL fest and Mexico City.
They’ve given us a vibrant new track, “Dig into Waves,” to tide us over and the chance to catch a private show in Brooklyn.
Because you never forget where you came from.
The first five people (ages 18 and up) to email their full names to firstname.lastname@example.org get a pair of tickets from Mom + Pop Music to a private show on Monday, 7 p.m., at Knitting Factory, 361 Metropolitan Avenue, at Havemeyer Street, Williamsburg.
