The story of your closet is a sad one. Sweaters lament the winter brush-off, summer tees pray for a comeback, and abandoned nonpastel-colored jeans are just. so. blue.
Skip to a happier chapter with Tome, a new line from NYC-based, Aussie-born duo Ramon Martin and Ryan Lobo.
To preface, Martin designed for Alberta Ferretti and Jean Paul Gaultier before signing on as design director at Derek Lam. Lobo styles big names and has an editorial resume (Oyster, Marie Claire, The Sunday Times) to make eyes green.
In their debut collection, lines run clean, colors muted, and fabrics luxe. Sporty yet feminine fit drives the plot — though we love twists like contrasting collars, silk-front tanks with gauze backs, racer-front smocks, and cutaway LBDs. Our favorite character is a swirly floral-print tee.
We bet it’ll be a best-seller.
