Spent the weekend getting sauced?
In lieu of a bottle, pop open a jar of Saucy by Nature today instead.
Polish-born, Brooklyn-based duo Przemek Adolf and Monika Luczak caught the condiment bug after traveling the globe. Not wanting to shake their wanderlust, they began replicating the sauces of their favorite places to keep their palates in permavacation mode.
The just-debuted winter line kicks ho-hum winter fare up a notch with roasted beet horseradish for a souped-up cheese plate; cider-braised onion for all your meaty needs; and Polish kimchee, a slow-cooked sauerkraut suited to top sausages of all varieties.
Opt for the stand-by spicy pumpkin-ginger (Long Island pumpkin with serrano peppers, coconut oil, ginger, and turmeric) for jazzing up run-of-the-mill mashed taters, or slather a grilled cheese with tomato-apple chutney. Stir spiced tomato jam into chili for unexpected bite, then finish your feast with pear and cranberry sauce atop vanilla bean ice cream.
Go on, throw back a few more.
