Bistro E’s Mix-and-Match Breakfast
What: Chef Psilakis’s casual yet hip eatery launches a new deal: Guests pick three menu items by category (main, side, and liquid) and feast for just $15.
Why: French (baguette) toast topped with Nutella and strawberries, sliced tomatoes with feta, and fresh passion fruit juice.

Catch 10 Seafood Bistro Opens
What: The historic 1920s Coral House is reincarnated as a brightly colored restaurant serving everything from scallops and blackened tuna to burgers and pasta.
Why: The fried items (calamari, fish and chips) are hand-breaded (if it makes you feel any better).
