When chef Niki Nakayama shuttered her famed Azami Cafe, sushi-loving hearts were broken all over town. But she makes a bold return with N/Naka, a resto whose sole focus is her OMG-worthy omakase. The menu changes daily, but expect fresh sashimi and sushi and more complex dishes such as poached foie gras in bamboo broth and mushi-steamed snow crab with soft egg and truffles. It’s by reservation only, so be sure to book your Japanese feast in advance.
