Occasionally, visionaries join forces for the benefit of mankind (see: The Treaty of Versailles, alt rock supergroup Audioslave).
Such is the case with ColLAboration, the new pop-up mobile craft beer garden from preeminent brew barons Tony Yanow (Tony’s Darts Away), Clay Harding (38 Degrees), Ryan Sweeney (The Surly Goat), and Brian Lenzo (Blue Palms).
This Saturday (and every Friday and Saturday in July), the suds will flow when the novel ale-on-wheels concept parks itself at Gower and Hollywood.
More than 60 IPAs, pilsners, and barrel-aged beers from 40-plus top-notch breweries (Hangar 24, Russian River, Avery) will rotate on tap throughout the day. Pick your favorite at one of three bars before decamping to an airy tent to order grub from restos such as Al Wazir Chicken and Truly Vegan Restaurant.
Great minds drink alike.
