What: The Los Feliz pizza joint’s Neapolitan-style pies cook in 60 seconds flat in an 850-degree oven.
Why: Many ingredients, including buffalo mozzarella, are imported from Italy. Take that, Domino’s.

What: The just-opened Italian resto gets its brunch on with irresistible dishes like black-cream-truffle scrambled eggs, ham frittata with Parmesan and spinach, and crespelle with fresh berries, caramel sauce, and yogurt.
Why: Pop-Tarts do not a weekend meal make.

Why: With this week’s Italian-themed menu, we promise a sandwich-free zone.
