17th Annual Dog Day Afternoon Festival
What: A free doggie bonanza with music, performances, a pet psychic, face painting, animal adoptions, and no-cost microchipping for the first 50 dogs in line. Pay $10 to enter your pup for trophies and prizes in contests like best costume, stupid pet tricks, and best pooch smooch.
