Nothing unleashes our inner Frenchie like a Tomme de Savoie or Brie de Meaux, so we always finish our meal with the “cheese ritual” (generous fromage flights with locally sourced accompaniments). The Sofitel restaurant is nice for power lunching but even better after dark when the date-nighters descend.
