Take a lesson from Galit Greenfield, the Israeli-born French Pastry School grad who brings tailor-made baking workshops straight to your kitchen.
Invite your friends (up to fifteen, depending on the space), pick a sweet (tarts, cookies, breads, macaroons), and Greenfield will create a menu, shop for ingredients, and bring tools and fancy utensils to set the table (if need be). In 90 minutes, you’ll learn to roll dough, fill tarts, flavor the perfect rugelach (poppy seed, PB&J), and more.
And she’ll leave her recipes behind, so you can bake the real thing for your guests.
