What Up, Homes?
Homeboy Home Store Opens

Yo, yo, yo, stunna, it’s DJ DC in da house.
Check it: There’s a new, way-tight store on the block.
It’s called Homeboy, and it recently opened its doors in Lakeview. Owner/interior designer Ripley Worthy set up the shop like a crib, yo! Player’s got a daybed displaying pillows by Soda by Amy and a dining table with hand-painted dishware by Circa Ceramics.
Everything for sale is made in Chi-town, dogg. In his spare time, our dude salvages scrap fabrics and reuses them to create shams and throws displayed throughout the shop.
Also available: Snow & Graham candles and cards, Eric Erf’s salvaged barn wood frames and birdhouses, gift sets by Urban Accents (drink mixes, steak rubs), and Soda by Amy’s wallpaper.
Ah, there’s no place like homie.
Homeboy, 3327 North Broadway Street, at Buckingham Place (773-472-0548 or homeboychicago.com). ![]()
