Strap Star

Strollers. Prams. Buggies.

Been there, pushed that.

Move in a new direction with the Baby Bisou infant and toddler carrier. The sturdy, all-cotton baby-wearing system is a modern take on the Mei Tai, a child sling used in Asia for centuries.

Long shoulder straps and a buckled waistband allow you to carry baby (from 3 months to 40 pounds) on your front or back. Styles are reversible and come with a choice of prints inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese textiles.

For a different look, there are just-launched ring slings featuring hand-spun silk that’s folded origami style.

Talk about hot seats.
