Water, water everywhere, but not a drop you’ll drink.
Why would you when you could imbibe a refreshing Caribbean Navy Swizzle courtesy of Jan Warren, bartender at PKNY. It will put the breeze in your sails, but be wary: One too many and the trade winds won’t be the only thing blowing over.
Caribbean Navy Swizzle
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. orgeat
¼ oz. cinnamon syrup
1 oz. Pusser’s British Navy rum
1 oz. mezcal
