It was Mrs. White Paint in the lackluster dining room with the bare walls that bored you to death.
When it comes to home decorating, you haven’t a clue. Good news, gumshoe: Threewalls’s Community Supported Art program is hot on the case. Like a CSA, the art share offers two contemporary masterpieces to subscribers once a month over the course of three months.
Every limited-edition piece is vetted by the discerning eyes at Threewalls, a Chicago nonprofit dedicated to championing the local art scene. Participating artists include abstract painter Pamela Fraser, photographer Jason Lazarus, and Sara Black, who incorporates wood into her works.
One share in the program costs $400, but if you register before April 30, you get $50 off.
Finally, beautifying your home is no longer a guessing game.
