What: Chef William Kovel (Aujourd’hui) reveals his long-awaited solo endeavor, an 80-seat hermitage with a fireplace, a large bar area (with free Wi-Fi), and a French-tinged menu featuring spice-crusted hiramasa, honey-glazed duck breast, and homemade corn ravioli.
Why: Decompress post-work on the trellised patio with an eponymous house cocktail (Diplomatico rum, Averna, Pernod, and house bitters).
