Blue Inc. Opens
What: Hell’s Kitchen firework Jason Santos (Gargoyles on the Square) unleashes his first solo endeavor. It’s a 50-seat, cobalt-and-tangerine showcase for his avant-garde fare (lobster and summer truffle soup; calamari spaghetti with squid puffs; fried chicken with habanero barbecue syrup).
Why: Libations like the Sassafrizzle (Amaro Montenegro, reduced rootbeer, ginger) go down easy on the 28-seat patio.
