At Drinkshop (slated for next week), cocktail wiz Sasha Petraske brings us a blessedly modern watering hole with bartenders who squeeze their juices and make ginger ale. Ice is cut so cocktails melt in your mouth, not in your hand — crushed in mojitos and juleps, spherical for whiskeys, cracked for caipirinhas.
Restaurant room service is only one reason to make a night of it. The sixteenth floor has Bliss Spa, Wetbar lounge, and an infinity pool that overlooks downtown.
