You’ve often said that the only thing standing between you and Solid Gold dancerdom was three decades and a chance.

Settle with dressing the part when Young Blood Gallery & Boutique hosts the first Magpie Vintage Party high-concept shopping event this Sunday, 5-9 p.m.

Vintage treasure and designer gems will be themed around a decade, genre, or visual motif that sets the tone for the DJ’s playlist and dollar beer choice du jour. (Among them: Solid Gold; Stepford Wives; and Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves.)

Metallic lamé sleeveless tops will mingle with prim Chanel wool jackets. Marc Jacobs for Vans will kick up vintage Mexican dresses. Drag dress is optional.

What’s more, local stylist Emily Zinger will be on hand for alterations and accessory consults.
