What: A meat mecca from the P’cheen guys, where pit master Mike LaSage serves finger-licking ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and redneck charcuterie (bacon, jerky, deviled ham, Coca-Cola jelly, pimiento cheese) and the vibe is vintage (jukebox, Skee-Ball).
Why: Grab your beer from a bathtub.

What: No. 246 creates a holiday to celebrate its Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Sample five wines from Italy and California paired with cookout fare like green egg-smoked porchetta and pickled shrimp.
