April Fools’ Restaurant Swap
What: Joke’s on you when Italian stallion Double Zero Napoletana and Spanish fave The Iberian Pig switch employees and menu items for the night.
Why: Pork cheek tacos, albondigas (wild boar sausage meatballs), and churros with cinnamon chili chocolate sauce at Double Zero; lobster pappardelle, margherita pizza, and a fancy burrata cheese platter at the Pig.
